In this Story Policy/FAQ section we just want to give information on the actual standard FAQ's and policies that everyone needs to know!

How many bundles do I need? 

We recommend 3-4 bundles for a full sewin. Check out our bundle deals!

How many ounces are in each bundle? 

There are approximately 3.5oz of hair in each bundle.

How is the length measured? 

All hair is measured while being pulled taught (straight) from the weft.

How long does shipping take? 

We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for the standard 3-5 day shipping or priority mail. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES. NO ADDRESS CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Please double check your information, orders with mistakes will be refunded.

When will my hair be shipped? 

Processing time for all orders can be approximately 7-10 business days for bundle purchases, not including shipping time; For orders with closures and frontals, processing time can be approximately 7-14 business days as these items are custom made for you. Please note that your order may be shipped as early as 7 business days, excluding major holidays. During sale times please note that the processing and handling time can be extended. Shipping will cover insurance of your items.

What payments does RawLuxe accept? 

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.

What is RawLuxe's return policy? 

NO PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED. This is non-negotiable, ALL SALES ARE DEEMED FINAL.
